Shipping and Handling

Each board will be wrapped and shipped using adequately sized boxes and your items will be well protected during transportation.
- We ship all over the world by ordinary and express couriers.
- Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days from the receipt of the payment and are shipped via courier with tracking number.
- You will receive the tracking number of your package as soon as it is picked up from the courier.
- Shipping costs include only handling and packaging charges and postage.
Important:
- If you order outside the European Union (EU), you may have to pay local customs duties on your purchase. Customs policies vary greatly depending on the country. Duties cannot be calculated in advance; you will be asked to pay them at the time of delivery.
- Shipping costs vary by the total weight of shipment.
- We recommend that you group your items in a single order since we cannot group two separate orders into a single shipment.
- All products come with an instruction manual, please read it carefully before you use it.

- Complete the order by entering your shipping details
- Choose one of the proposed couriers
- In the checkout page you will see the exact shipping amount
- Enter your payment information
- A confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox (check your spam folder if you don’t receive one)
