Refunds and Returns
GIORDIS happily accepts returns, exchanges, and cancellations. We want you to be happy with what you get.
- 30-Day Return: You may return any product for any reason within 30 days of its delivery to the Delivery Location.
- Giordis will reimburse you the full purchase price for the returned product provided that it is timely delivered and that it is either undamaged or defective.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning any product within the 30-day return limit.
- In the case that we have sent you the wrong product in error or your product was damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We’ll need you to send a picture of the product and attach your invoice so we can confirm your purchase.
- Once we have confirmed the purchase, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning your product and we will ship you the new product right away.
- In case you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via email email@example.com.
- Payment and Order confirmation is not an indication that an order has been shipped, therefore please reach out via the email before we have processed the order for shipping.
- Once the order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer cancel an order.
ORDER CHANGE / EXCHANGE POLICY
- In case you need to change your order (add, remove, or swap your product) please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- To exchange a product for another item, please send us the new product name and SKU code
- If there is a price change, we will either refund you or send you an updated invoice so you can submit your payment using the designated payment method (credit card, Stripe or Paypal)
- Once an order has been processed for shipping, we can no longer change an order.
