The GIORDIS TRIPLE FIELDS BOARD™ is a wooden pasta board that’s used for making ridged or crosshatch pasta types. Our boards are handmade out of a high-quality Bubinga Tree lumber for fine finish. This gorgeous design combines three different patterns which make it possible to quickly prepare multiple pasta variations.
Pasta variations (not limited to): Garganelli, Gnocchi, Cavatelli, Capunti, Malloreddus (Sardinian Gnocchi), Strascinati or Rigatoni. The surface of these boards is perfect for imprinting designs in sheets of pasta for even Maltagliati and Corzetti.
The Triple Fields Board™ boards are designed using 100% organic real hardwood and finished using Odie’s Oil, an American premium quality hardwax oil that is food safe, solvent free, non-toxic and safe for all including kids, pets, and the environment.

WOOD / The wood used to build this board comes from the Central African Bubinga Tree. We chose this lumber because of its stunning grain figures, such as flamed, pommele, and waterfall, which make this wood truly unique. It consists of a rose-colored background with dark purple striping. This type of wood is heavy, dense, and exceptionally hard which resists fungi, dry wood borers and termites, as well as moisture. Bubinga wood is one of the more easily worked dense exotic woods. Once finished using Odie’s Oil, it is completely water-resistant.
DESIGN / The ‘Bulls Eye’ design incorporates patterns from our family of products such as ‘Trigonometry’ and ‘Orbits’. In a single session, the combined design makes it easy to create various pasta shapes using a single board.
