This RAVIOLI TRIO MOLD is a 3-in-1 pasta board that’s handmade out of a beautiful Sapele Tree lumber and ideal for quickly preparing multiple raviolis in a single session. The best part is that each ravioli can be filled with different ingredients. We suggest filling them with ingredients according to your favorite flavors such as, spinach, ricotta cheese, mushrooms, egg yolks or even beef.

All of our boards are crafted from high quality hardwoods and finished using Odie’s Oil, an American premium quality hardwax oil that is food safe, solvent free, non-toxic and safe for all including kids, pets, and the environment.

WOOD / The wood used to build this board comes from the West African Sapele Wood. We chose this lumber because it is famous for its appearance and hardness. Its colors vary from golden to dark reddish-brown or purplish-brown which gives it a very rich appearance. Its color darkens over time and is highly sustainable. One of the defining characteristics of Sapele is the interlocking grain patterns. It is a hard, medium-density wood that has great durability. Once finished using Odie’s Oil, it is completely water-resistant while retaining its pleasant aroma. 

DESIGN / The ‘Snowflake’ board design seeks inspiration for the beautiful formations of a snowflake. First, since no two snowflakes follow exactly the same path, no two are exactly alike and we can say the same for our Ravioli Trio Pasta Board – each one is unique. Second, the first flake seen falling can spark joy to children and adults. Coincidentally, the smell of homemade food will trigger the same emotions. Hence, we’ve designed this pasta board to inspire anyone making homemade ravioli during the coldest and warmest seasons. This design is available in 5 types of wood. INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE: 

• Each mold includes one wooden rolling pin which is used to attach the two layers of pasta to make the ravioli. Each rolling pin is 25 mm in diameter and 20 cm in length. The rolling pins allow you to easily attach the pasta to the board to finish making your ravioli.  They come in various wood types.
