The GIORDIS RAVIOLI MOLD ™ is a one-of-a-kind pasta board used for making your own ravioli pasta. Each board is designed using 100% organic real hardwood. If you love making homemade pasta as much as we do, this is a definite must-have. 

This RAVIOLI MOLD is handmade out of a beautiful Black Walnut lumber and ideal for preparing large single-servings of delicious ravioli pasta which can be filled with ingredients according to your favorite flavors such as, spinach, ricotta cheese, mushrooms, egg yolks or even beef.

All of our boards are crafted from high quality hardwoods and finished using Odie’s Oil, an American premium quality hardwax oil that is food safe, solvent free, non-toxic and safe for all including kids, pets, and the environment.

WOOD /. The wood used to build this board is the very infamous North American Black Walnut. We chose this lumber because it’s beautiful colors and its toughness.  Black Walnut is prized by woodworkers for its strength, tight-grain and color. It polishes to a very smooth finish, and the color ranges from creamy white in the sapwood to a dark chocolate in the heartwood. Once finished using Odie’s Oil, it is completely water-resistant while retaining its pleasant aroma. 

DESIGN / ‘Orbits’ pasta board is designed to represent cyclical patters – it can be objects such as a star, planet, and the moon that circulate in space, seasons shifting or a persons’ life that revolves around their families. Gravity allows objects to orbit in space and it is gravity that keeps humans grounded to connect with nature hence why this design is available in 4 types of wood to help us reconnect with our natural self. INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE: 

• Each mold includes one wooden rolling pin which is used to attach the two layers of pasta to make the ravioli. Each rolling pin is 25 mm in diameter and 20 cm in length. The rolling pins allow you to easily attach the pasta to the board to finish making your ravioli.  They come in various wood types.
